Overview:
Spray drying equipment is a new type of high-efficiency drying process equipment. It allows spray drying of solutions, emulsions, pastes and heat-sensitive materials. In a matter of seconds, evaporated water is converted into powdery, granular hollow spheres or pellets that meet production requirements. It is an ideal drying equipment for pharmaceutical biotechnology and chemical industries.
working principle:
The liquid material (filtered liquid material) is fed to a high-speed rotating centrifugal atomizer disk, and the liquid material is stretched by the centrifugal force of the rotating disk to a film on the rotating surface and constantly moves to the edge. After leaving the edge, it is atomized. The atomized droplets (surface area greatly increased) exchange heat with hot air, completing the drying process quickly within 10-30 seconds.
Features:
1. Drying speed is fast, generally only 5-15 seconds, with instant drying characteristics (95%~98% moisture can be evaporated instantly). The material finishes the drying process in a short time, adapts to the drying of the heat-sensitive material, and can keep the color, fragrance and taste of the material;
2. The production process is simplified, the operation and control are simple, and it is suitable for the continuous control of production, the liquid with moisture content of 40-90%, a process of drying into powder, reducing crushing, screening and other processes, and improving product purity;
3, product dispersion, fluidity, good solubility, product size, looseness, moisture within a certain range can be adjusted by changing operating conditions, control and management are very convenient.

1. Chemical Industry: Sodium Chloride, Basic Dyestuff Pigments, Dye Intermediates, Compound Fertilizers, Formaldehyde Silicic Acid, Catalysts, Silica, etc.
2, plastic resin: AB, ABS emulsion, urine aldehyde resin, phenolic resin, resin close formaldehyde, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride and so on.
3, the food industry: fat-rich milk powder, taro, cocoa powder, milk replacer, pig blood powder, egg white (yellow) and so on.
4, food and plants: oats, chicken juice, coffee, instant tea, flavoring meat, protein, soybeans, peanut protein, hydrolysates and so on.
