Principle and structure:

Precautions:
1, before use, an empty test run should be conducted. Before the test run, the degree of sturdiness of all the connecting parts of the horizontal V-type mixer, the amount of lubricant oil in the reducer and the integrity of the electrical equipment should be checked, and then the main switch should be closed. Turn on the power supply and run a free run.
2. Installation: Place the machine steadily, install the machine foot, and flatten it so that the mechanical energy can run freely.
3. Before use, add oil to the refueling point, and then carry out the no-load operation. Check whether the fasteners are loose, whether the electrical is normal, whether the mechanical operation is normal, and if any abnormalities, rectify and debug.
4. Turn the feeding port to the top and open the feeding cap to feed. The feeding amount must not exceed the specified volume. Then close the feeding cap and start the machine to run. If any abnormality is found during the journey, it must be stopped for inspection.
5, after work or change the variety must be clean inside and outside the hopper.
Use maintenance:
The method of using the V-type mixer is to first open the feed inlet of the mixer and determine whether the discharge port is closed in the case of running with the material, and put a specified amount of material into the V-shaped hopper according to the process control requirements. After the feeding is completed, the feeding port should be closed and locked in order to prevent the material from flowing out during mixing. The next step is the time the machine is working, turn on the power button, rotate the stop button to the left, start the reversal button of the mixer, and adjust the motor speed. The product should be mixed at 600r/min within the speed specified by the process. After the compound reaches the specified time of the process, stop the machine by adjusting the motor speed button. When the machine stops, the discharge port of the mixer should be on the ground, and adjust the motor speed button to 0. V-type mixer will stop the button. Rotate right to cut off power. The last step is to discharge the material: Open the feeding port of the V-type mixer and load the material at the discharge port with the specified container until the material in the hopper is discharged.
