One main use:
WLF turbine crusher is a new generation crusher based on our company's accumulation of crushed materials and the actual conditions of our country. The machine is mainly applied to chemical industry, dyes, additives, feeds and foods. Processing of medium and low hardness materials such as pharmaceuticals, sawdust, chemical fiber and non-metallic minerals, fineness between 20-120 mesh, high output, fine grain size, low noise, low energy consumption, simple maintenance, easy installation, etc. Advantages, especially suitable for oily, sticky, heat-sensitive, fibrous (for example: ginger, pepper, pepper, oil wheat, almond soybean, star anise, cinnamon) and other medium and low hardness materials smash processing.
Second, the structure and working principle:

WLF type turbine crushing chamber is composed of main organic shell, door, turbine, main shaft, screen, pulley and electric motor. The structure of the crushing chamber is shown in the attached drawing.
2, working principle:
When the turbine crushes and rotates, the motor drives the main shaft and the turbine to rotate at a high speed (up to a maximum speed of 3800r/min). The grinding blocks on the turbine and screen ring constitute a crushing and grinding pair. When the material enters the cavity from the hopper, the material is closely rubbed and strongly impinges on the inner side of the blades of the turbine in the rotating airflow of the turbine, and the blades Grind again in the gap between the blocks. While smashing the material, the turbine sucks in a large amount of air, which serves to cool the machine, grind material, and convey fines. The fineness of the material crushed depends on the nature of the material and the size of the screen, as well as the throughput of the material and air. The crushed material is transported into the cyclone separator by means of negative pressure air transport. The machine has a continuous discharge effect and effectively uses the pipeline operation. Dust is collected by the dust box through a bag filter and recovered. The machine is designed according to the "GMP" standard, all of which are made of stainless steel and there is no dust flying in the production process. And can improve the utilization of materials, reduce business costs, has reached the international advanced level.
The bearing components of the WF Turbine Crusher are equipped with special labyrinth seals, which can effectively prevent dust from entering the bearing cavity, thereby prolonging the service life of the bearing. The door is equipped with silicone rubber seals, no dust leakage and pollution of the operating environment.
Third, characteristics:
