The structure of KSB type paddle dryer has certain differences due to the nature and requirements of dry materials. Its basic structure is shown in the figure. Its principle of operation is that two or more hollow shafts are parallel in the machine. In the device, hollow shaft 5 is welded to the shaft to communicate with the hollow shaft, which can be heated by heating agent. The two shafts are driven by the transmission 1 and rotate in the opposite direction. The material entering from the feed port 4 is conveyed to the right to the discharge port 13 for discharge. At the same time, there is no heating jacket outside the casing 12. When the blades are in the process of material transportation, the materials are dried by contacting with the surrounding hollow blades and jackets. As the structure of the blade is in operation, the material on the leaf surface is continuously updated and the evaporation efficiency is improved. Therefore, it is an efficient blade dryer and the thermal efficiency can reach 8-90%!
