Use

LDH Coulter Mixer Structural Features

The LDH-coulter mixer is mainly composed of a transmission part, a horizontal barrel, a shaft of a coulter group, a fly knife group, a discharge valve, and a liquid spraying device.
◆ Transmission part: It is transmitted to the coulter shaft by the main motor and reducer.
◆ Horizontal simplification: Horizontal simplification is used to multiply materials. Simplified upper part is provided with feed inlets, observation holes, and the simplified side is opened with material cleaning doors.
◆ Coulter shaft: The coulter is arranged according to the size of the pear knife data, installed on the main shaft, in the cylinder for the circular turbulent flow mixture material.
◆Flying knife group: The auxiliary motor directly connects each group with different data and size, and the high speed flying knife has a strong stirring action.

◆ Spraying device: The liquid ejecting device is arranged on the upper part of the cylinder body and consists of pipe fittings and nozzle components and is fixed on the simplification evenly distributed spray.

Working principle

After the start of the mixer, the coulter is rotated by the coulter shaft to make the material move along the radial direction of the barrel, and the materials are thrown along the normal direction of both sides of the coulter. When the material that is thrown and moved in the circumferential direction flows through the flying knife group, the knife that is rotated at a high speed flies quickly and strongly. Under the combined action of the coulter and the flying knife mentioned above, the material is continuously stacked, diffused, and evenly mixed in a short time, and the mixing accuracy is high.

For materials requiring solid-liquid mixing, the mixed liquid is uniformly sprayed on the moving material in the cylinder through a liquid spraying device.
