Working principle

In order to make the chip coated with crystals on the surface as quickly as possible, and to achieve the purpose of polishing, the chips in the pot must be sprayed with syrup first and then rotated clockwise through the pot to make the sugar-coated tablets roll, rub and grind in the pot. Make icing even. At the same time, hot air was blown into the pot to rapidly remove the moisture on the surface of the tablet icing, and finally a uniform, smooth sugar-coated tablet was obtained.

This machine is a common equipment for the sugar coating process. It rotates at a steady speed of the pot body line to make the tablet form the best parabolic curve in the pot. The sugar coating layer is uniform in thickness, bright in color, and does not require the process requirement of pitting.

Machine features
This machine is mainly applied to the production of traditional Chinese medicine pills in the pharmaceutical industry, and the production of icings for tablets. It can also be used for rolling, mixing and lighting of spherical or granular materials in the food, light industry and chemical industries. For example: chocolate polishing, peanuts, sugar, spices, glutinous rice balls, pearl powder, rolling desiccant, production of chemical fillers, aluminum hydroxide balls, alumina balls, ceramic ball molecular sieves, catalysts, etc.

Structure

The machine is composed of the main parts of the fuselage, worm gear box, sugar pan, heating device, fan, and electrical appliances. It drives the worm wheel and the worm wheel through the triangle belt to drive the sugar pan to rotate. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material is in the pot. Rolling up and down inside to achieve icing mixing, making pills and lighting effect.

(1) This machine is a one-way low-low continuous rotating packaging equipment. The main motor is rotated by a belt drive worm and a worm gear drive body.
(2) Eccentric wheels are installed in the machine, and the use unit can adjust the tilt angle of the sugar pan according to the tablet characteristics. (The amount of charge of this pan body is based on the value when the pan angle is 30°)
(3) The worm gear and worm gear are used as the terminal output of the motion, and the operation is stable. The hot air drying device uses resistance wire heating.

Installment and debugging

1. After the machine is in place, it must be placed steadily and fixed with anchor bolts.
2. Open the oil filler cap and add lubricant to the gearbox to the oil marking.
3. After the power is connected, should pay attention to the phase sequence, so that the sugar pan for clockwise rotation.
4. When the test should pay attention to whether the machine has noise, in order to stop the inspection.
5. The tilting angle of the sugar pan is related to the loading capacity and material properties. When the sugar pan tilts at 30°, its production efficiency and quality are good.

Operating procedures

1. Before operating, check carefully whether the fasteners of various parts of the machine are loose.
2. Scrub the inside and outside of the sugar coating machine.
3. Start the main motor, the machine idling for 2 minutes in order to determine whether there is a fault.
4. After the feed should be according to the main motor button, and then according to the sugar crystallization situation, press the blower button, while turning on the electric wire switch.

Maintenance and safety technology
1. The lubricant in the gearbox should be replaced regularly as required.
2. When the sugar pan is not used for a long time, it should be scrubbed clean and oiled on the surface to prevent the copper material in the pan from oxidizing or dampening to produce toxic copper compounds.
3. In order to ensure the lubricating condition of the worm gear transmission in the gearbox, the temperature rise in the cabinet during sports shall not exceed 50°C.
4. The sealing ring at the end of the worm shaft should be checked and replaced regularly. Generally it must not exceed six months.
5. The machine must have a reliable grounding, after the machine is in place, connect a zero line outside the electrical box, its grounding resistance should be ≤ 4Ω (do not mistake the grounding line and the zero line).
6. Do not dismantle electrical appliances and belt guards.
